Resumo: Racism is a theory that asserts the superiority of certain human races over others, generating what is better known as racial segregation. Characterized as a qualitative research, this study sought to better understand this new physiognomy of racism. The interviews were conducted with two people who suffered racism, to qualify the type of racism and prejudice they had. Even admitting that today there are many types of prejudice, one of them stated that in the past there was more prejudice, recognizing that, today, it is still common at work. Sharing the same opinion, another interviewee considers that racism is more visible in jobs, with a predominance in the preference for the white, allowing expressions such as ô disgusting nigger! The interviews brought more elements to the understanding of disguised racism, through games, configuring what is known as subtle racism. Finally, we conclude that this research contributed to the reflection of subtle racism.
