Resumo: This article aims to present the experience report through the teaching internship as a privileged field of action for the reorganization of the teaching work in favor of education and students. The methodology we developed is Participatory Research (RICHARDSON, 2017) with a qualitative basis, the main instrument of data collection and analysis is the Field Diary (BOGDAN, BIKLEN, 1999). The theoretical field that we align our study on is that of Popular Education and Pedagogy Griô. Our field of action is the Municipal School Ovidio Tavares de Morais, located in the quilombola community of Mituaçú/PB. The investigation begins with the arrival of the community to the classroom of the 5th year of Elementary School I. The results obtained show that: the dialogue established with students is the main teaching and learning instrument capable of organizing teaching practice at the service of education and students.

A metodologia que desenvolvemos é a Pesquisa Participante (RICHARDSON, 2017) de base qualitativa, o principal instrumento de coleta dos dados é o Diário de Campo (BOGDAN, BIKLEN, 1999). O campo teórico que alinhamos o nosso estudo é o da Educação Popular e da Pedagogia Griô. Nosso campo de atuação é a Escola Municipal Ovidio Tavares de Morais, localizada na comunidade quilombola de Mituaçú/PB. A investigação inicia na chegada da comunidade até a sala de aula do 5° ano do Ensino Fundamental I.
