Spreadsheets as educational monitoring tools in the pandemic

Resumo: The present work aims to demonstrate how the use of electronic spreadsheets was able to simplify and optimize the process of analysis and school monitoring, particularly at Padre Coriolano High School, in the city of Pacajus-CE, during the period of social isolation caused by the pandemic of Covid-19. Based on qualitative and quantitative research on the use of this administrative management tool, this work tries to show that simple interventions can improve administrative routines and improve gestational decision-making, especially in an educational environment. It is also the intention of this academic work to promote the digital literacy of education professionals as well as the search for new digital tools in education.

Baseado em pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa do uso desta ferramenta de gerenciamento administrativo, este trabalho tenta evidenciar que intervenções simples podem aprimorar rotinas administrativas e aperfeiçoar as tomadas de decisões gerenciais principalmente em ambiente educacional.
