Constitution of teacher identity from the dialectic of colonization

Resumo: | Thinking about the constitution of teaching identity in Brazil is not a simple task. The objective of this work is to investigate the process of constitution of the teaching identity, in Brazil, colony and empire. The investigation will be possible from a bibliographic study of the works Dialectic of Colonization (BOSI, 2008) and Education, Power and Society in the Brazilian Empire (GONDRA & SCHUELER, 2008). The idea of building a teaching identity in Brazil goes through the paths of colonization and has, in this relationship, a winding and little specialized path to systematize the profession, its training itineraries and, finally, its identity. The constitution of teaching identity in Brazil is a theme immanently linked to the historical context of the construction of national identity. Research on this topic, noting the dialectic by which History is outlined, needs to go through the consequences of having been, Brazil, a territory scourged and vitality scythed since its invasion. |

O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar o processo de constituição da identidade docente, no recorte do Brasil colônia e império. A investigação será possível a partir de um estudo bibliográfico das obras Dialética da Colonização (BOSI, 2008) e Educação, Poder e Sociedade no Império Brasileiro (GONDRA & SCHUELER, 2008). A ideia da construção de uma identidade docente no Brasil perpassa pelos caminhos da colonização e tem nessa relação um percurso sinuoso e pouco especializado de sistematizar a profissão, seus itinerários formativos e, finalmente, sua identidade. A constituição da identidade docente no Brasil é uma temática imanentemente atrelada ao contexto histórico de construção da identidade nacional.
