School management and learning: interventions

Resumo: This study reveals data from partial results on research related to school management in public schools, considering the legal premises and successful experiences developed in the state of Ceará, which points to it, on the national scene, as a reference in management practices, with the aim of disseminating teachers' conceptions, as teachers and/or managers, about the possibilities for management to intervene in the teaching process, with the expectation of improving learning results. However, this research adopted a qualitative approach, using as primary sources the posts and comments of students and followers of the LDE/UFC Instagram profile, which periodically publishes some questions on its profile, provoking and establishing debate and reflection on the topics covered in the classes. The study indicated that school management in Brazil still practices actions of an administrative nature similar to the principles adopted by business/general management, where demands are made to reach targets and meet predetermined objectives

The study indicated that school management in Brazil still practices actions of an administrative nature similar to the principles adopted by business/general management, where demands are made to reach targets and meet predetermined objectives  Este estudo revela dados de resultados parciais sobre pesquisas relacionadas à gestão escolar em escolas públicas, considerando as premissas legais e as experiências exitosas desenvolvidas no Estado do Ceará, que o aponta, no cenário nacional, como referência em práticas de gestão, objetivando divulgar concepções de professores, na condição de docentes e/ou gestores, sobre as possibilidades de a gestão intervir no processo de ensino, com a expectativa de melhorar os resultados de aprendizagem. Contudo, a presente pesquisa adotou a forma qualitativa, utilizando como fontes primárias as postagens e os comentários dos alunos e seguidores do perfil no Instagram do LDE/UFC, que publica periodicamente algumas perguntas em seu perfil, provocando e instaurando o debate e a reflexão sobre os temas abordados nas aulas.
