Resumo: This study presents the Priority Curriculum Guidelines of Ceará (PCGC) in the field of continuing training of teachers. The general objective is to analyze the PCGC and analyze the appropriation of this document in the continuing education. The chosen methodology was anchored in the qualitative approach of analytical documental nature to identify the applicability of PCGC in the continuing training of teachers. The referenced support theorists are Nóvoa (1995) and Imbernón (2010). They provide a deeper support regarding the continuing training of teachers. The analysis of this document pointed to the need for continuing training to emphasize the usefulness of the PCGC as a reference for teaching practices.

O objetivo geral consiste em analisar a OCPC e analisar a apropriação do documento em questão no processo de formação continuada. A metodologia escolhida ancorou-se na abordagem qualitativa de natureza documental analítica, com o propósito de identificar a aplicabilidade do documento citado anteriormente nas formações continuadas. Os teóricos de apoio referenciados são Nóvoa (1995) e Imbernón (2010) que trazem subsídios mais aprofundados a respeito da formação continuada de professores.
