Resumo: This experience report is a reflection on the author’s life story, exploring subjectivity, memories and experiences in her formative process. By adopting a subjective approach, it was possible to rebuild a clear and inspired image of herself, revealing difficulties and overcoming difficulties. Subjectivity plays a key role in this report, as it expresses the unique interpretation of events and situations that permeate her life story. This journey of self-knowledge showed the importance of embracing one’s own history, with all its particularities. By bringing out emotions, thoughts and feelings, readers are invited to connect with this story in hopes of inspiring others to explore their own stories, embrace their subjectivity and find meaning in their personal experiences.

Ao adotar uma abordagem subjetiva, foi possível reconstruir uma imagem clara e inspirada de si mesma, revelando dificuldades e superações. A subjetividade desempenha um papel fundamental neste relato, pois expressa a interpretação única de eventos e situações que permeiam sua história de vida. Assim sendo, o objetivo deste trabalho é permitir o entendimento de que ao revisitar o passado e olhar para trás estabeleço fortes conexões com o passado recente, como um meio de resistência, empoderamento e a certeza daquilo que quero ser hoje: docente. Essa jornada de autoconhecimento mostrou a importância de abraçar a própria história, com todas as suas particularidades.
