Os super-heróis como recursos de desenvolvimento humano em ambiente escolar: uma proposta de formação docente

There are several surveys that indicate the need to update undergraduate courses, as their proposals often prove to be mistaken and alienated from contemporary sociocultural realities. They also point to the need for another and new look at the training processes of teachers. According to them, continuing education represents, in addition to a necessity, a possibility of building coherent and viable pedagogical actions in the contexts of professional teaching action. In the range of themes that can be addressed in the qualification scope, the comic book genre is included, often placed in the background or even absent from the school environment, due to the fact that the stories are seen only as entertainment. However, this qualification is inconsistent, since this artistic expression allows the reader to reflect on central problems of the human condition, many of them linked to the transversal themes presented by the BNCC and related to human development policies. Thus, the purpose of this production is to present a proposal for teacher training, focused on resources for human development in the school environment, from the use of comics that have superheroes as central characters.
