O retorno da agenda neoliberal: os “ultraliberais” e o ataque à Justiça do Trabalho

The objective of this article is an analysis of the neoliberal agenda that was affirmed between the context of the coup that overthrew President Dilma Rousseff, in 2016, and the coming to power of Jair Bolsonaro. We intend to highlight two points, articulated. First, the configuration of an (ultra)liberal public that participated, via think tanks and the internet, in the formulation of a speech that legitimized the so-called austerity policies. We try to point out that, despite the self-identity of these groups, reinforced in opposition to PT governments; their agenda corresponds to that of neoliberalism. Second, we seek to show that, in the midst of the antipetist wave, such discourses sought to legitimize an attack on the Labor Justice through a discourse that polarizes liberal principles and state policies (or social rights), actualizing, for that, the anti-communism. We sought to delimit the research by focusing on some agents such as the Institute Liberal, the ideologist Rodrigo Constantino and the newspaper Gazeta do Povo, agents who, on the other hand, are inserted in a network of reciprocal influences. Thus, the term “ultraliberal” appears as an appropriation in the play of polarizations and counterpoints. Keywords: Ultraliberals. Neoliberalism. Anti-communism. Labor Justice.
