Resumo: The fashion productive chain, considered very relevant to the national economy, keeps losing more and more space for imported articles. Thus, this study aims, from theoretical research, expose the current scenario of the sector, and then, present the description of its operation, in an objective and didactic way. This report, which includes the whole process since the obtaining of the textile fi ber until the offering of the products, aims to contribute with the necessary basis for future actions.

Assim, este estudo objetiva, a partir de levantamento teórico, expor o cenário atual do setor, e, em seguida, apresentar a descrição de seu funcionamento, de modo objetivo e didático.
