Resumo: This article presents some possible paths for the creation of new theorical concepts that leads to the solution of problematic aspects of the advertisement of health prevention of Aids/ HIV and STD´S, through the participation of the designer in the prevention advent since it´s conception until the final details of the artwork. Once the problematic aspects of communication in health prevention of Aids in Brazil are exposed, a new path, suggesting alternatives of prevention and control for the HIV/Aids epidemics that are more connected with the recent preventive demands that came with the social and scientific changes related to the HIV
