Resumo: The accessibility in tourism is ensured by constitutional provisions, federal legislation and technical standard. However, the technical and legislative standards do not cover requirements and Obligations as the attitudinal accessibility or as the user experience. The incorporation of usability in the accessibility approach is a highly relevant factor for evaluation. In addition to the usability approach that considers the user experience, the service design is the area that is the experience of a service as something to be designed. Thus, the article aims to analyze the service design tools considering how these could be used to evaluate the usability goals. As a result, Article suggested as a possible solution of the problem of "how to evaluate accessibility in tourism considering the user experience" the use of usability goals and "what tools to use" the service design.

No entanto, as normas técnicas e legislativas não abrangem requisitos e obrigatoriedades quanto a acessibilidade atitudinal ou quanto a experiência do usuário. Assim, a incorporação da usabilidade na abordagem da acessibilidade é um fator de extrema relevância para sua avaliação. Além da abordagem da usabilidade que considera a experiência do usuário, o design de serviços é a área que trata a experiência de um serviço como algo a ser projetado. Com isso, o artigo tem como objetivo analisar as ferramentas de design de serviços considerando-se o quanto estas poderiam servir para avaliar as metas de usabilidade.
