Resumo: The use of mobile devices has gained popularity among professionals in the healthcare and stands out, especially in cases where the immediate and remote access to patient exams can often be decisive. This article is the result of a study that aimed to highlight best practices in ergonomics and mobile usability. For this, we carried out a qualitative analysis of a web application for viewing medical images based on ergonomic recommendations for mobile interaction.
