Nutrient concentration and accumulation by common bean according biostimulant application

Resumo: | The biostimulants may change the nutrient uptake as it can alter plant development and growth. However, few studies have related the nutrition of the common bean plant with the application of these products. The aim was to evaluate the effects of forms and times of a biostimulant (cytokinin, indolbutyric acid and gibberellic acid) application on nutrient concentration and accumulation (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn and B) by common bean cultivar Pérola. The treatments were: Control (without application); TS - 250 mL ha-1 seed treatment; V4 - 250 mL ha-1 foliar spray in V4 stage; R5 - 250 mL ha-1 foliar spray in R5 stage; TS+V4 - 250 mL ha-1 in TS + 250 mL ha-1 in V4; TS+R5 - 250 mL ha-1 in TS + 250 mL ha-1 in R5; V4+R5 - 250 mL ha-1 in V4 + 250 mL ha-1 in R5, and TS+V4+R5 - 250 mL ha-1 in TS + 250 mL ha-1 in V4 + 250 mL ha-1 in R5. Bioestimulant application by seed, with or without foliar application, increases the content and N accumulation in shoots of bean. Bioestimulant treatments promote positive results on content and accumulation of K, Mg, Ca, and S, particularly when applied on the seed and/or by foliar spraying in V4 and R5. Inconsistent results were observed in micronutrient content and accumulation when bioestimulant was applied both on the seed or this in association with foliar application. |

Contudo, são escassos os trabalhos que tenham abordado aspectos nutricionais da cultura do feijão relacionados à aplicação destes produtos. Objetivou-se avaliar o efeito de formas e épocas de aplicação de um bioestimulante (citocinina, ácido indolbutírico e ácido giberélico) no teor e acúmulo de nutrientes (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn e B ) na parte aérea do feijoeiro cultivar Pérola. Os tratamentos foram: Testemunha (sem aplicação); TS – 250 mL ha-1 em tratamento de semente (TS); V4 – 250 mL ha-1 via pulverização foliar em V4; R5 – 250 mL ha-1 via pulverização foliar em R5; TS+V4 – 250 mL ha-1 em TS + 250 mL ha-1 em V4; TS+R5 – 250 mL ha-1 em TS + 250 mL ha-1 em R5; V4+R5 – 250 mL ha-1 em V4 + 250 mL ha-1 em R5 e TS+V4+R5 – 250 mL ha-1 em TS + 250 mL ha-1 em V4 + 250 mL ha-1 em R5. A aplicação do bioestimulante via semente, associada ou não à aplicação foliar, incrementa o teor e acúmulo de N na parte aérea do feijoeiro. Tratamentos com o bioestimulante promovem resultados positivos quanto ao teor e acúmulo de K, Mg, Ca e S, principalmente quando aplicado, via semente e/ou foliar, nos estádios V4 e R5.
