Resumo: | The objetive of this research was to check of wax and fécula film to postharvest conservation of Pera orange. The fruit were cleaned, selectioned and desinfected by immersion at 50°C/2 min. and immersion in Benomyl solution 5g/l of water at 20°C/20 min. In following, the fruits were submited by 5 différents treatments: 1 ) control; 2) fécula film (3%); 3) fécula film (5%); 4) Sta-fresh wax (1:1) and 5) Sta-fresh wax (1:2). The fruits of all treatments were stored at 10°C in B.O.D.stove. The valuations were done by 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days about weight loss, change the color of skin, total titulable acidity, total soluble solids, ratio, texture, cizalhament and vitamin C. Finished five weeks of store, the fruits with utilization of wax (1:1) and (1: 2) showed smaller weight loss, the fruits with of fécula film (3%) and (5%) showed color of skin more green and smaller vitamin C, the fruits with utilization of wax (1:2) showed higher percentage of total soluble solids and ratio, the fruits of control showed higher percentage of total titulable acidity. |

Este trabalho teve como objetivo verificar a influência da cera e da película de fécula na conservação pós-colheita da laranja pera. Os frutos sofreram as operações de limpeza, seleção e desinfecção, constituído por imersão em água a 50°C /2 minutos e imersão em solução de Benomyl 5g / litro de água a 20°C / 20 minutos. A seguir os frutos foram submetidos a 5 tratamentos: 1) testemunha, 2) película de fécula (3%), 3) película de fécula (5%), 4) cera sta-fresh (1:1) e 5) cera sta-fresh (1:2). Os frutos de todos os tratamentos foram armazenados a 10°C em estufa B.O.D. As avaliações foram feitas aos 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 e 35 dias quanto a perda de peso, mudança na coloração da casca, acidez total titulável, sólidos solúveis totais, "Ratio", textura, cizalhamento e vitamina C. Ao final de 5 semanas de armazenamento verificou-se que os frutos dos tratamentos com utilização da cera (1:1 e 1:2) apresentaram as menores perdas de peso, os frutos dos tratamentos com utilização da película de fécula (3% e 5%) apresentaram a coloração da casca mais verde e os menores teores de vitamina C, os frutos do tratamento com utilização da cera (1:2) apresentaram os maiores teores de sólidos solúveis totais e "Ratio", os frutos do tratamento testemunha apresentaram os maiores teores de acidez titulável total.
