Territory, Law and Identidaty: an analysis of quilombola community of Olaria in Irará, Bahia

Resumo: Currently in Brazil the ethnic groups are considered remaining of the communities of the quilombos racial, according to auto-attribution criteria, with proper trajectory, endowed with specific territorial relations, with swaggerer of related black ancestry with the resistance to the historical oppression suffered, to constructed concept on the basis of antropológico and sociological scientific knowledge, and fruit of ample quarrel technique, recognized for the Decree nº 4,887/03 in its art. 2º. The Brazilian State, by means of the public agencies, works with this category, as well as all the society: the public press, agencies and agent politicians. Today if quilombola speaks of quilombos as a legal-constitutional assignment for delimitation of the territory. Therefore, one understands that the elaboration of deepened study is excellent that supports the elements that had constituted the concept of quilombo.

O Estado brasileiro, por meio dos órgãos públicos, trabalham com esta categoria, assim como toda a sociedade: imprensa, órgãos públicos e agentes políticos. Hoje se fala de quilombos como uma designação jurídico-constitucional para delimitação do território quilombola.
