Resumo: | The leaders of the Brazilian labor movement in the early years of the XX century, have struggled to maintain a unity between the Brazilian working class in order to achieve improvements in working conditions and living standards of workers, using various mechanisms to organize the workers, is through trade unions, or else labor press, which in many cases was more active than the union itself. The anarchists, especially those who followed a revolutionary syndicalist orientation, used from considerable form the newspaper workers, with texts and pictures depicting the anarchist ideals of liberation of the working class and a morality that is defined as uncontaminated by the dogmas of the church and bourgeois employer. Thus, the study aims to analyze the characteristics of this press editorials which was the beginning of the First Republic, which provided an attempt to organize the Brazilian working class, as well as the ideals of the current labor movement that prevailed in the First Republic. |

Thus, the study aims to analyze the characteristics of this press editorials which was the beginning of the First Republic, which provided an attempt to organize the Brazilian working class, as well as the ideals of the current labor movement that prevailed in the First Republic.Os líderes do movimento operário brasileiro, nos primeiros anos do século XX, se esforçaram para manter uma unidade entre a classe operária brasileira, a fim de conseguir melhorias nas condições de trabalho e de vida dos operários, utilizando diversos mecanismos para organizar os operários, seja por meio de associações sindicais, ou então, da imprensa operária, que em muitos casos foi mais atuante que o próprio sindicato. Os anarquistas, sobretudo aqueles que seguiram uma orientação sindicalista revolucionária, utilizaram de forma considerável o jornal operário, com textos e imagens alusivos aos ideais anarquistas, de libertação da classe operária e de uma moral que se definia como não contaminada pelos dogmas da igreja e do patrão burguês.
