Resumo: In this article, from the letter of music Iracema flew of Chico Buarque, questions arise not taken into account by gender studies, in his criticism of the feminist waves. Among these, it stands out, in his current crisis, globalization, whose universal principles and totalizing relate even the metanarratives of western rationality. Such coordinated economic and view here as an intervening factor the cause of women migrants, even before the supposed recognition of appreciation of multiculturalism and hybridisation.

Entre essas, destaca-se, em sua crise atual, a globalização, cujos princípios universais e totalizantes reportam-se ainda às metanarrativas da racionalidade ocidental.
