Resumo: This article narrates, by means oficial documents, the expropriation of the Marãiwatsédé Indigenous Land of the Xavante that was privatized and transformed in the enterprise Suiá Missú Farming in the 1960s. The entrepreneur colonizer Ariosto da Riva acquired an area with more than 695 thousand hectares, sold to him ond the others people, by the own state of Mato Grosso, that had knowledge of the presence of the Xavante in the mentioned area. The Federal Government, through the SPI, to back the removal of the Xavantes from the area, including supplying FAB aircraft. These actions, both by the State Government and by the Federal Government, occurred in a period of “expansion of the agricultural frontier”, with incentives destined to the private initiative, through fiscal incentives and financing, as in the case of Suiá Missú, which, besides exploiting labor Xavante still expropriated his lands in 1966.

O empresário colonizador Ariosto da Riva adquiriu uma área com mais de 695 mil hectares, vendidos a ele ou a terceiros, pelo próprio estado do Mato Grosso, que tinha conhecimento da presença dos Xavante na área comercializada. O Governo Federal, através do SPI, apoiou a remoção dos Xavante da área, fornecendo inclusive aviões da FAB.
