Resumo: The Introduction to the Standards of BrazilianLaw (in Portuguese Lei de Introdução às Normasdo Direito Brasileiro or LINDB) is recognized asthe Standard of the Standards, because it providesrelevant guidelines and landmarks related to thevalidity, effectiveness and interpretation of thelegislative instrument in the national juridical system, including about it, sources and integrationtechnics, limiting application of the legalstandards in time and space. It was relevantly andrecently contemplated with additions included bythe Federal Law nº 13.655/2018, which, afterpromulgated, added to the LINDB legal devicesmainly related to the application andinterpretation of legal standards of Public Law,especially in the control of the PublicAdministration – and its public officials – by theorgans which possess these competences. Thepresent master’s degree’s work, under thelandmarks of doctrine and jurisprudence, aims toemphasize the changes promoted, using thedeductive method.

Foi relevante e recentemente contemplada com acréscimos provenientes da Lei Federal n.º 13.655/2018, que, promulgada, acresceu à LINDB dispositivos precipuamente relacionados à aplicação e interpretação de normas incidentes em Direito Público, especialmente no que se relaciona ao exercício do controle da Administração Pública – e de seus agentes – pelos órgãos detentores de tais competências.
