Although the brazilain federal constitution doesn't bring, expressly, in your art. 5º, the biosafety like fundamental right, it is known the importance that the same has for maintaining life. In this sense, under a historical perspective, the company is set as one of the main responsible for protection of the environmental and human being - biosafety branches - for being directly linked to them in consumer relationship, work and, many times, of parasitism. In this way, the art. 170 of brazilian constitution assigns the protection of these for the state and for those who works in economic activities. In the search in question, will be analyzed the posture of the firms that emerged in the british industrial revolution and contemporary front the environmental and your workers like social responsabilities of the same. From the perspective of ethics and moral business and in search of guarantee of protection of these, it points up the need for enforcement and supervision of laws on activities that pose a risk to human health and the sustainable development.
