Resumo: The Law 12.305 of August 02, 2010, which established the National Solid Waste Policy, it signals the imperiousness for collective changes in current patterns of consumption. To be analyzed from an ethical point of view of the principle of responsability of Hans Jonas, the shared responsability for the standard established product cycle indicates that the traditional logic of reciprocity between rights and duties is no longer supported in the new modernity scenario.
