Resumo: Care is taken to analyze the Constitution of 1988 in regard to its titule VII - " THE ECONOMIC ORDER AND FINANCIAL " , in the case , maisespecificamente , non- state intervention in economic activity , post -standing prerogative is more focused on the private sector , leaving the federal PoderPúblico , in an extraordinary way , then get involved, when dealing exceptional decondições , namely , take care of the " imperatives of segurançanacional " and meet " relevant collective interests " , situations where oparticular there is no demonstrate more effective interest because your mobile in áreaeconômica is where is this profit, while under dasduas previous situations , such as nominated in the major text , is to thrive , a primary , the public interest .
