Resumo: In this article, we present some theoretical-analytical results from a Scientific Initiation Research developed by undergraduate scholarship holders/CNPq, aiming to discuss the discursive topic in digital networks about Covid-19, articulating referencing strategies in the construction of the point of view of internet users. To do this, we used as a corpus of analysis comments about vaccination against Covid-19 present on the Instagram profile of the Ministry of Health. From the perspective of referencing and topicality - textualization mechanisms - we propose to investigate the way of construction from the point of view of internet users who made use of nominal referential expressions. The methodology is theoretical framework and comments contained in the post that announced the beginning of the vaccine distribution in the country. We observed in the comments of some internet users points of view that were in favor of vaccination and others against it. The state of the art is based on Cavalcante (2017), Koch (2021). With these analyses, we found that nominal expressions were essential in delimiting discursive topics, Internet users' points of view, given the multiple possibilities of textualization of the digital environment and the atypical nature of the pandemic moment.
