The enunciative voices in supervised internship reports: the teaching work revealed through language

Resumo: The objective of this study is to analyze how teaching activity is revealed in internship reports produced by beginning teachers in the Mandatory Curricular Internship of the Degree in English Language (DLM). The foundation is based on Sociodiscursive Interactionism (BRONCKART, 1999, 2006, 2009), a theoretical-methodological construct that defines language as central to human development, and Ergonomics (AMIGUES, 2004), a science that studies teaching from the perspective of job analysis. The corpus of this study consists of three reports produced for the discipline of Supervised Internship II, offered by the Universidade Aberta do Brasil in partnership with a Higher Education Institution, located in Paraíba. The present work is configured in a documentary research with a qualitative approach. As analysis procedures, we mapped the elements that represent the teaching work, the identification and analysis of the enunciative voices (BRONCKART, 1999), and what they reflect on the prescribed work, performed work and real work (CLOT, 1999). The results showed that the work of beginner teachers is portrayed, in the reports, through the voice of the narrator or speaker, the voice of the characters, the social voices and the voices of the empirical authors of the texts, which reveal characteristics of the teaching activity.

El fundamento se basa en el Interaccionismo Sociodiscursivo (BRONCKART, 1999, 2006, 2009), constructo teórico-metodológico que define el lenguaje como central para el desarrollo humano, y en Ergonomía (AMIGUES, 2004), ciencia que estudia la enseñanza desde la perspectiva del análisis del trabajo. El corpus consta de tres informes producidos para la disciplina de Pasantía Supervisada II, ofrecida por la Universidade Aberta do Brasil en colaboración con una Institución de Enseñanza Superior, ubicada en Paraíba. El presente trabajo se configura en una investigación documental con enfoque cualitativo. Como procedimientos de análisis mapeamos los elementos que representan el trabajo docente, la identificación y análisis de las voces enunciativas (BRONCKART, 1999), y lo que reflejan sobre el trabajo prescrito, realizado y real (CLOT, 1999). Los resultados mostraron que el trabajo de los docentes principiantes es retratado a través de la voz del narrador, la voz de los personajes, las voces sociales y las voces de los autores empíricos de los textos, que revelan características de la actividad docente.O objetivo é analisar como a atividade docente é revelada em relatórios de estágio produzidos por professores iniciantes no Estágio Curricular Obrigatório do Curso de Licenciatura em Letras – Língua Inglesa (EaD). O corpus é composto por três relatórios produzidos para a disciplina de Estágio Supervisionado II, ofertada pela Universidade Aberta do Brasil em parceria com uma Instituição de Ensino Superior, situada na Paraíba. O presente trabalho configura-se em uma pesquisa documental de abordagem qualitativa. Como procedimentos de análise, fizemos o mapeamento dos elementos que representam o trabalho docente, a identificação e a análise das vozes enunciativas (BRONCKART, 1999b), e o que refletem sobre o trabalho prescrito, o trabalho realizado e o trabalho real (CLOT, 1999).
