The Reflections on the Implementation Process of Housing Sets in the Norte Pioneiro Mesoregion of Paraná

In Brazil, the My House, my life Program (MHMLP), aimed the housing production preferably in the Metropolitan Regions, and prevailed from 2009 to 2020. In these terms, the following study aimed to discuss about the by the range 1 MHMLP housing complexes offering, by the Social Development Fund Leasing (LSDF) in the mesoregion of North Parana, during the program duration. Considering the operational questions related to the issues, besides the theoretical research, data collection was performed along the Regional Development Ministry (MRD), and the thematic maps spatial data was accomplished, using the QCGIS software. It was verified that the mesoregion of North Parana received a smaller quantity of housing complexes of the MHMLP program in the last 10 years and did not supply the for housing demand that exists in medium size and small cities. It was concluded that, although the MHMLP has advanced in the sense of contemplating families whose purchasing power was included in range 1 of the program, once more it was highlighted the idea that housing programs idea in Brazil, developed in the XX century by the federal government, had housing as a social interest whilst a product ruled in the market logic, and not as an aim of inclusive cities production.
