The discursive process presents at the new framework proposal of the watershed committees of Tibagi-PR (Brazil) river waterbodies

Resumo: The proposal to upgrade the classification of the waterbodies of the Tibagi river watershed, sent to the corresponding Committee, generated manifestations from the persons involved in that socio-historic moment. Therefore, the objective of this present work understands the way in which people subscribe in specific discursive formations, based on the pecheutiana Discourse Analysis, present at the minutes, public hearings and technical notes. Given this, it was possible to verify that the Discursive Formations, production conditions and the Ideological Formation define the contradictory discursive positioning about shared management of the dominant class belong to the state and civil society, pointing out the divergent ideological positions were silenced at the new framework.

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar como los sujetos se inscriben en determinadas Formaciones Discursivas, a partir de la Análisis del Discurso pecheutiana, presente en las atas, audiencias públicas y notas técnicas. Delante de eso, fue posible verificar que las Formaciones Discursivas, las condiciones de producción y la Formación Ideológica presentes marcan el posicionamiento discursivo contradictorio a respecto de la gestión compartida y participativa de la clase dominante presente al Estado y a la Sociedad Civil, demarcando que posiciones ideológicas divergentes han sido silenciadas en la nueva estructura gestacional propuesta para los cuerpos de agua.A proposta de atualização da classificação dos corpos d’água da bacia do rio Tibagi, encaminhada ao Comitê correspondente, gerou manifestações dos sujeitos envolvidos naquele momento sócio histórico. O objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar o modo como os sujeitos se inscrevem em determinadas Formações Discursivas, a partir da Análise do Discurso pecheutiana, tendo como fonte as atas, audiências públicas e notas técnicas.
