Resumo: | Objective: Analyze how the findability of information can contribute to the dissemination of Truth Commission of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte documents.Research is characterized as bibliographic and documentary, developed through the inductive method, with a qualitative approach.Results achieved were: the mapping of the documents of the Truth Commission of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte that are in the Image Laboratory, and those that are in the General Archive of the university. In view of this, it is reflected in the need to contribute to the publication of those referred to by using the attributes of information findability. In this perspective, it is recommended to create a Digital Repository and to create a special collection composed of the documents of the Truth Commission of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte in the General Archive and / or in the Central Library Zila Mamede. |

La metodología: se caracteriza por ser bibliográfica y documental, desarrollada a través del método inductivo, con un enfoque cualitativo. Los principales resultados: obtenidos fueron: el mapeo de los documentos de la Comisión de la Verdad de la Universidad Federal de Rio Grande do Norte que se encuentran en el Laboratorio de Imágenes, y los que se encuentran en el Archivo General de la universidad. Ante esto, se refleja en las conclusiones: la necesidad de contribuir a la publicación de los referidos utilizando los atributos de buscabilidad de la información. En esta perspectiva, se recomienda crear un Repositorio Digital y crear una colección especial compuesta por los documentos de la Comisión de la Verdad de la Universidad Federal de Rio Grande do Norte en el Archivo General y / o en la Biblioteca Central Zila Mamede.Objetivo: analisar como a encontrabilidade da informação pode colaborar para a disseminação dos documentos da Comissão da Verdade da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte.Metodologia: caracteriza-se como bibliográfica e documental, desenvolvida por meio do método indutivo, de abordagem qualitativa. Resultados: o mapeamento dos documentos da Comissão da Verdade da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte que estão no Laboratório de Imagens, e os que estão no Arquivo Geral da universidade.Conclusões: necessidade de contribuir para a publicização dos referidos por meio da utilização dos atributos de encontrabilidade da informação.
