Language and documentary language in the process of representing the knowledge of marginalized groups: theoretical reflections

Resumo: Introduction: The representation of knowledge is responsible for the interoperability between systems, users, domains, while returning to society an informational mesh legitimized and able, through information retrieval, to offer viability to the articulated information. Thus, this work aims to analyze the impact of language in the process of representation in terms of semantic, semiotic and discursive issues in order to understand the predisposition of the knowledge organization system, which is directed by terminological choices, to legitimize the representation, more specifically, to discuss about the institutionality of concepts and how the representativeness of marginalized groups understood in this work as blacks, women, LGBTIA+. To this end, we applied a qualitativeMethodology of a qualitative nature, descriptive, exploratory, with a theoretical, bibliographical and critical approach.Conclusion: Therefore, it is understood that social representation has great influence on the construction of the documentary language and that hegemonic parameters of a particular group are engendered, which may lead to under-representation of subjects, social and cultural groups that are not part of the symbolic system of dominant representation.

Así, este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto del lenguaje en el proceso de representación en lo que respecta a las cuestiones semánticas, semióticas y discursivas para entender la predisposición del sistema de organización del conocimiento, dirigido por las elecciones terminológicas, para legitimar la representación, más específicamente, discutir sobre la institucionalidad de los conceptos y cómo la representatividad de los grupos marginados entendidos en este trabajo como personas negras, mujeres, LGBTIA+. Para ello, aplicamos unMetodología de naturaleza cualitativa, de tipo descriptivo, de carácter exploratorio, de enfoque teórico, bibliográfico y crítico.Conclusión: De esta manera, la investigación se realizó con un carácter cualitativo y descriptivo, exploratorio, teórico, bibliográfico y crítico. Introdução: A representação do conhecimento é responsável pela interoperatividade entre sistemas, usuários, domínios, ao mesmo tempo em que devolve à sociedade uma malha informacional legitimada e capaz de, através da recuperação da informação, oferecer viabilidade às informações articuladas. Assim, este trabalho objetiva analisar o impacto da linguagem no processo de representação no que tange às questões semânticas, semióticas e discursivas a fim de compreender a pré-disposição do sistema de organização do conhecimento, o qual é direcionado por escolhas terminológicas, para legitimar a representação, mais especificadamente,  discutir acerca da institucionalidade de conceitos e o modo como se efetua a representatividade de grupos marginalizados entendidos neste trabalho como negros, mulheres, LGBTIA+.  Para tanto, aplicou-se uma Metodologia de natureza qualitativa, tipo descritiva, de caráter exploratório, de abordagem teórico-bibliográfica e crítica.
