Objective: Demonstrate the accurate performance Real Time Deforestation Detection System to alert and inform about deforested and degraded areas in Legal Amazon since the capacity of this technology that support from the competent organs in the implementation step that fought against the destruction anthropogenic of the Forest. Methodology: For the analysis of collected data, the categories: types of deforestation and degraded areas in the states of legal amazon and areas of environmental deforestation preservation, based on the classification of devastated areas. Results: The efficient performance of the Real Time Deforestation Detection System seen in the accuracy of the informed data about the degraded areas showing, concerning the expressive increase and accelerated annual deforestation to inform the types of deforestation and of degraded areas that has occurred in Legal Amazon. The system identified the state of Para as the state that has been more affected by the deforestation and degraded areas of environmental protection by the deforestation in the forest. Conclusions: The efficiency seen from registered data by the Real Time Deforestation Detection System and in the real scenery of proportion of devastated areas in the Brazilian Amazon as the provenance of deforestation and this speed of advance of the devastation of the Amazon forest identified as of 2015, make this system a relevant agent for the public administrators to search for solution to stop deforestations. The country can develop specific political policies and define sustainable action that works toward the preservation of the Amazon and contribute to the objectives of sustainable development shown in the global Agenda 2030.
