Through that work was possible the evaluation of urban development of five urban lots of the city of Marechal Cândido Rondon - PR. It was used twenty-one indicators of sustainability so that the assessment was made based on sustainable development. The indicators were selected according to the Art 2, item I, of the Statute of the cities, where talks that citizens have the right to sustainable city, understood then, as the right to the land urban, housing, environmental sanitation, urban infrastructure, transport, public services and the leisure. Based on this article is sought by existing and indicators, which dealt a theory about each of the topics considered as a right of every citizen (urban land, housing, environmental sanitation, urban infrastructure, transportation, public services and recreation), resulting him in the achievement of twenty-one indicators used for the assessment of the blends. Through these twenty-one indicators found that the quality of life of the population of today blends under study can be considered good, because three note obtained through the letter synthesis, and the notes ranged from 1 to 6, with 1 considered great and 6 considered evil. Because the blends were implanted without planning, you can see that this lack of initial planning has brought inconvenience to many people, because the deployment of the infrastructure occur only seventeen years after the deployment of the first division, however, after the deployment of infrastructure - structure the quality of the blends much improved, resulting in footnote then three.
