This dissertation is a methodical effort to, in a multidimensional manner interpret, the fragile and precarious employment conditions experienced in the Construction Industry Subsector of Buildings of Maringá city linked to the submission of the possibilities of Human Mobility of Workers in the sector, and economic conditions that characterizes ultimately them as forced mobility. The feasibility of this study took place from the vast intersection of quantitative and qualitative data. It were aimed to not limit the source of the information obtained using: the official data, the data surveys with public agencies; the field work; the interviews with unions and employees; the processing of data in specific software among others. This study demonstrates how the development of the construction industry composes itself at the nation level and relates it to the analogous process experienced in Maringá - PR, covering aspects of the observed productive restructuring, discussing old and new forms of precarious work experienced by workers, tracing some population characteristics that are subject themselves to work on Construction Industry Subsector of Buildings, and finally analyzing this interdependence between the different orders of physical mobility, both macro and micro, social and workforce. From this complex flow of analysis, turns outs the forced character existing in the decisions of workers, who are individuals priced out of the freedom to determine theirs forms of mobility, having as motivation, as a rule, survival economic issues in the system which they are inserted in a perverse way, with its workforce as the only way to support themselves and their dependents.
