This study constitutes itself as a qualitative research that has the objective to understand the experience of working in healthcare specifically in the Family Health Strategy, with regard to the National Policy on Humane care and SUS management. To attain such understanding literature review was conducted on the topics of humanization in terms of conceptualization and stock health and human labor, including changes resulting from the historical process and the peculiarities of health work. Also, interviews were conducted with health professionals working in the Family Health Strategy, in Maringá (PR), and 1 community health worker, one nursing assistant and 2 Nurses. The data were analyzed using the methodology proposed by phenomenology and resulted in four units: Materials Working Conditions; frustration, discouragement and other feelings from the works; The Humanization and The experience of one 1 and the management element. It is expected to contribute subsidies to reflections in healthcare about the National Humanization Policy as well as in relation to the work processes in the Unified Health System.
