Resumo: This work has for objective to analyze the relationship between formal schooling and the construction of identities in the quilombo of Salamina in Putumuju Maragogipe-BA. Understanding that the school occupies an important place in the formation of policy partner individuals, we investigate how knowledge, reality and history of the aforesaid are the quilombo curriculum of children and adolescents locations. We present the laws and guidelines for school education with the theoretical framework facing educational experiences interface shown in the local school. Through field research, through the collection and analysis of interviews with students, community leader, teacher and Director, noted the need to rethink the quilombola school plan to be contributing to the maintenance of social inequalities and discriminatory practices put this group ever since.

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre la escolarización formal y el proceso de construcción de identidades en el quilombo de Salaminas Putumuju, en Maragogipe-BA. Entendiendo que la escuela ocupa un lugar importante con respecto a la formación sociopolítica de los individuos, buscamos investigar cómo el conocimiento, la realidad y la historia del quilombo antes mencionado se muestran en el currículo escolar de niños y adolescentes locales. Presentamos las Leyes y Directrices para la Educación Escolar de Quilombola junto con el marco teórico sobre el tema, colocándolos en interfaz con las experiencias educativas evidenciadas en la escuela local. A través de la investigación de campo, a través de la recopilación y el análisis de entrevistas con estudiantes, líderes comunitarios, maestros y directores, se observó la necesidad de repensar el plan escolar de quilombola, bajo pena de contribuir al mantenimiento de las desigualdades sociales y las prácticas discriminatorias. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a relação entre a escolarização formal e o processo de construção das identidades no quilombo de Salaminas Putumuju, em Maragogipe-BA. Compreendendo que a escola ocupa um lugar importante no que tange a formação sociopolítica dos indivíduos, buscamos investigar de que maneira os saberes, realidade e história do quilombo supracitado se mostram no currículo escolar das crianças e adolescentes locais. Apresentamos as Leis e Diretrizes para a Educação Escolar Quilombola junto ao referencial teórico sobre o tema colocando-os em interface com as experiências educativas evidenciadas na escola local.
