Resumo: | We find the human being normally absorbed by the power of mass, impersonal, fugitive from himself. According Heidegger’s diagnostic, he hides himself from finitude, temporality, through a constant engagement favored by falatory, curiosity and ambiguity. A return to itself requires the courage to the radical loneliness, the insurmountable finiteness that characterizes human existence. The capacity of loneliness creates the conditions for each one to take his own life as a project, with responsibility. We suggest that education should become a factor which helps to ensure everyone to be unable to singularize himself and be free from the massified imperatives of market logic. |

Encontramos o ser humano, normalmente, absorvido pelo poder da massa, do impessoal, em fuga de si mesmo. Segundo o diagnóstico de Martin Heidegger, ele oculta de si sua finitude, sua temporalidade através de uma constante ocupação favorecida pelo falatório, pela curiosidade e pela ambiguidade. Um retorno a si mesmo pressupõe a coragem de assumir a solidão radical, a condição finita e insuperável que caracteriza a existência humana. A capacidade de solidão cria as condições para que cada um assuma a própria vida como projeto, com responsabilidade. Sugerimos que a educação deva tornar-se elemento que contribua para que cada um tenha condições de singularizar-se e de libertar-se dos imperativos massificadores da lógica do mercado.
