Resumo: | The present text aims to present a brief history of the struggle of women in a field as difficult as the work environment in Science. Some fights and names will be explored, as well as some legal issues related to the theme of female protagonism. The increase in this role will also be discussed, in addition to the discussion of social spaces dichotomized and naturalized by a masculine reasoning that especially impact the areas of Physics and Engineering. It is highlighted the fact that women in the sphere of science are not released from their responsibilities as mothers, with the care of the house, persisting there a sexual division of labor generating an excessive working day, which ends up discouraging the necessary protagonism that has been taking place. But still lacking public policies that support and catapult it to a higher level than the current levels of the job market. It is therefore necessary to take as a starting point the continuation and deepening of the debate regarding the role of women in Labor Law, in Science and in work environments in general. |

Se explorarán algunas luchas y nombres, así como algunas cuestiones legales relacionadas con el tema del protagonismo femenino. También se discutirá el aumento de este rol, además de la discusión de espacios sociales dicotomizados y naturalizados por un razonamiento masculino que impactan especialmente en las áreas de Física e Ingeniería. Se destaca el hecho de que las mujeres en el ámbito de la ciencia no se liberan de sus responsabilidades como madres, con el cuidado de la casa, persistiendo allí una división sexual del trabajo generando una jornada laboral excesiva, lo que termina por desalentar el necesario protagonismo que ha venido ocurriendo, pero aún careciendo de políticas públicas que la apoyen y la catapulten a un nivel superior a los niveles actuales del mercado laboral. Por tanto, es necesario tomar como punto de partida la continuación y profundización del debate sobre el papel de la mujer en el Derecho del Trabajo, en la Ciencia y en los entornos laborales en general.O presente texto tem por objetivo apresentar um breve histórico da luta das mulheres numa seara tão difícil como é o ambiente laboral na Ciência. Algumas lutas e nomes serão explorados, bem como algumas questões legais ligadas ao tema do protagonismo feminino. O aumento desse protagonismo também será discutido, além da discussão dos espaços sociais dicotomizados e naturalizados por um raciocínio masculino que impactam especialmente as áreas da Física e das Engenharias. É ressaltado o fato de que as mulheres na esfera da ciência não são desobrigadas de suas responsabilidades como mães, com os cuidados da casa, persistindo aí uma divisão sexual do trabalho gerando uma jornada excessiva, o que acaba por desestimular o protagonismo necessário que vem ocorrendo, mas ainda desprovido de políticas públicas que o suporte e o catapulte para um patamar superior aos níveis atuais do mercado de trabalho. É necessário, pois, tomar como ponto de partida a continuação e o aprofundamento do debate quanto ao papel das mulheres no Direito do Trabalho, na Ciência e nos ambientes trabalhistas em geral.
