Resumo: This work's aim was to evaluate the effects of different Si and P doses on dry matter aerial part (DMAP) production, grain production and Si and P rice plant contents. Two soils, RQo and LVdf, were used in the study. The treatments consisted of four doses of P (0, 80, 240, and 410; 0, 110, 330, and 560 mg dm-3, respectively for RQo and LVdf) and three doses of silicon (0, 240, and 410; 0, 330, and 560 mg dm-3, respectively for RQo and LVdf). The experimental design was a 4x3 factorial with three repetitions. Increased P fertilization raised the dry matter production of aerial part and rice grains, and P accumulation in DMAP. There was Si x P interaction only for the silicon accumulated in DMAP of rice plants.
