Resumo: The study had the objective to verify the acute effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (FNP) in the markers’ levels of muscular injuries. Sixteen swimmers with the age of 15,4±1,3 years participated on the study, all swimmers were submitted to a control moment. After that the evaluated were randomly divided into two experimental groups. One (GE1) n=08 and (GE2) n=08. The GE1 was submitted to static type stretching routine. The GE2 was submitted to a routine of FNP. Then groups were submitted to the same session of swimming training and with a post session collection of blood sample. The GE1 did not show significant difference in Cktotal (p>0,05) but for the variable LDH a significant difference was verified (p

O GE1 não apresentou diferença significativa para a variável CKtotal (p>0,05), e para a variável LDH foi verificada diferença significativa (pDepartment of Physical Education - State University of Maringá (UEM), Maringá-PR, Brazil2010-09-05info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionExperimental ResearchPesquisa Experimentalapplication/pdfapplication/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.documenthttps://periodicos.uem.br/ojs/index.php/RevEducFis/article/view/7330Journal of Physical Education; Vol 21 No 3 (2010); 545-551Journal of Physical Education; Vol. 21 Núm. 3 (2010); 545-551Journal of Physical Education; v. 21 n. 3 (2010); 545-5512448-2455reponame:Journal of Physical Education (Maringá)instname:Universidade Estadual de Maringá (UEM)instacron:UEMporhttps://periodicos.uem.br/ojs/index.php/RevEducFis/article/view/7330/6568https://periodicos.uem.br/ojs/index.php/RevEducFis/article/view/7330/751375140881Bezerra, Jader AndradeAzevedo, José Reinaldo Cajado deGomes, André Luiz MarquesDantas, Estélio Henrique Martininfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2023-01-10T15:37:49Zoai:periodicos.uem.br/ojs:article/7330Revistahttp://periodicos.uem.br/ojs/index.php/RevEducFis/indexPUBhttps://old.scielo.br/oai/scielo-oai.php||revdef@uem.br2448-24552448-2455opendoar:2023-01-10T15:37:49Journal of Physical Education (Maringá) - Universidade Estadual de Maringá (UEM)false
