Resumo: In sport, assessment is one of the most important frameworks for the elaboration of training structure. For that reason, a correct selection of the test to be used is essential. The purpose of this study was to verify the scientific authenticity of zigzag agility test for children with physical disabilities that practiced wheelchair basketball. The sample was composed of 40 children, with ages between 5 and 12 years old. The instrument used was an adapted version of the zigzag agility test. For that, we proceed to a retest and it was calculated correlation coefficients between test and retest. To verify content validity, five experts answered a questionnaire. After statistical analysis, it was found correlations of 0.98 between test and retest and the intraclass correlation coefficient was 0,96. The answers of the questionnaire were 100% favorable to the test between the experts. In conclusion, scientific authenticity could be verified.

Para isto uma correta seleção do tipo de teste a ser utilizado é essencial. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar a autenticidade científica do teste de agilidade em zigue-zague para crianças com deficiência física praticantes de basquetebol adaptado. A amostra foi composta por 40 praticantes com idades entre 5 a 12 anos. O instrumento utilizado foi o teste de agilidade em zigue-zague adaptado. Para isto, foram realizados teste e re-teste e calculados os coeficientes de correlação entre eles. Para se verificar a validade por conteúdo, cinco especialistas responderam a um questionário. Na análise estatística foram encontradas correlações de 0,98 e o coeficiente de correlação intraclasse foi de 0,96. As respostas dos questionários foram 100% favoráveis ao teste entre os especialistas.
