The #ficaemcasa (#stay home) and the operation of dual typologies of power in pandemic brazil

Resumo: Assuming the Foucauldian Discourse Studies, my aim in this text is to problematize the irruption of a historically determined statement-formulation, representative of the bodies' and lives' conditioning in a selected time-space – the #ficaemcasa. I argue that its circulation, in the digital range, personified the functioning of a double typology of power, in pandemic Brazil. The developed analyses pointed to the production of a rarefaction effect of two wills to the truth. This happens because of the naturalized debates, as unique, which stands for two excluding ways of living: maintaining the economy and/or health.
