Resumo: With pecheuxtian theoretical contribution from Materialist Discourse Analysis, we seek to emphasize the issue of social (in)equalities materialized in senses attributed to work and work relations as social rights. Our point to asks: how are senses about work and work relations (re)produced in the class polarizations that constitute capitalist society? We seek to problematize, reflect and contribute to the understanding of the nexus between ideology and discourse, paying attention to the discursive functionings that move senses of inequality/subordination, (in)visibilization and disregard for fundamental rights.
