Resumo: O artigo procura discutir as conseqüências da globalização para as relações de trabalho na Argentina, principalmente no tocante ao direito trabalhista, apresenta ainda reflexões sobre a reforma flexibilizadora das normas trabalhistas, e apresenta conclusões pontuando conseqüências e alternativas.
