Resumo: The Law 10.639, sanctioned in 2003, made obligatory the teaching of Literature Afrodescendant in all public and private schools in Brazil. Based on the advent of this important legal instrument, the thesis titled Now it is law: the emergence of africanBrazilian literature in national law and its consequences in the curriculum, and literary canon - what the “ementários” of language courses in the Northeast state universities investigates the (non) inclusion of this issue on curricular of the state universities of the Northeast in Brazil. Assuming that having qualified teachers to cope with this demand depending on the area of literature, it is necessary a previous training that would be in principle, in language courses that graduates teachers. The research analyses the programs of the thirteen state universities of Northeast Brazil (the region with the highest number of African descent) in order to verify to what extent these teaching units comply with the legal provisions established for over a decade. For this, the work focuses on the curricular matrices of the courses available in virtual portals of these institutions namely: UNEAL (Alagoas); UNEB, UEFS, UESC and UESB (Bahia); UECE, UVA and URCA (Ceará); UEMA (Maranhão); UEPB (Paraíba); UPE (Pernambuco); UESPI (Piauí) and UERN (Rio Grande do Norte). The research was increased by a peculiarity that has become significant for the completion of the work: On account of doctoral training held at Université Paris-Sorbonne, under the guidance of ―Maîtresse of Conférences‖ Armelle Enders during the year 2015, with funding provided by the ―CAPES‖, the research was enriched by monitoring in French schools by the applicability of a law known as "Loi Taubira", sanctioned in France in 2001 and, recognizing slavery as a crime against humanity, he proposed the change of curriculum in history courses, what, unlike the Brazilian reality concerning to the Law 10.639 / 2003, was widely and promptly attended and conducted by the French State. Finally, before all the raised investigative stage , the work points to the emergence of ―afrodiaspórica‖ literature in Brazil as a Post Literature and, without trying to easy exits, the research comprises the complexity of this issue in Brazil, and shows paths when using the metaphor of Farmakon, used by Jacques Derrida, from whom it turns out that in the scope of the "poison" (outdated curriculum) used for so long in Brazil's northeastern state universities, it can also be found the "medicine" (other curricular formatting) to the formation of "new" teachers.

Submitted by Ricardo Carrasco (ricardogc84@uepb.edu.br) on 2017-02-10T14:19:32Z No. of bitstreams: 1 PDF - João Edson Rufino.pdf: 94671549 bytes, checksum: b4b1a3379f12963a1dd4982ac30426dc (MD5)Approved for entry into archive by Luciana Medeiros (luciana@uepb.edu.br) on 2017-02-17T14:32:34Z (GMT) No. of bitstreams: 1 PDF - João Edson Rufino.pdf: 94671549 bytes, checksum: b4b1a3379f12963a1dd4982ac30426dc (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2017-02-17T14:32:34Z (GMT).
