As autoras nas páginas do Correio das Artes: arquivo, memória e cartografia da literatura paraibana de autoria feminina (1975-2016)

This work is inserted in the context of gender studies focused on the problematization of literature, more specifically the female authored literature from the state of Paraíba. Through the cartographic perspective, an archival research was carried out, in order to seek data to reflect on the theoretical and discursive assumptions capable of elucidating the place occupied by the women-authors published in Correio das Artes, a literary supplement belonging to the official state newspaper: A União, in a time frame defined from 1975 to 2016. From this data production, an “Index of texts written by women published in the Correio das Artes - Hildeberto Barbosa Filho collection” was produced through which the discursive construction of the notion of ' female author' was analyzed, taking into account the power relations that operate within a region and act in the constitution of a symbology, regional or not, considered as an "official" representation of a cultural production. In this sense, the “place of speech” of the subjects considered authorities in the scope of literary discourse was problematized, as well as the subjects silenced by this same discursive control, in order to reflect on the legitimation process and the silencing dynamics of those female authors who were cataloged. For this, the conceptions of “author”, from Foucault (2009) and Chartier (2014), were listed to reach the understanding, proposed in this work, of a critical female author, taking the set of implications from the activity of the intellectual authority and the geographic and cultural space. In addition, it was pointed out, using cartography as a methodological procedure, the historical, thematic and structural aspects identified from the genres "essay and critical text" in order to characterize and systematize this specific literary production. The cartographic perspective adopted in this work, aimed to expose the movements, relationships, power games and modes of subjectivation that surround the literature of female authorship in order to contribute to new approaches around the studies of literary history, notably from a perspective focused on archives and the cultural memory of a non-hegemonic space in the face of the so-called national literature.
