Pedagogy of masculinization in porn videos: the production of the young man barebacker

Resumo: Considering the educational dimension of porn movies, we describe and analyze in this text the pedagogy of masculinization in the post-critical perspective of the curriculum. We understand that the curriculum is not restricted to school subjects, but consists of different spaces and cultural artifacts. The methodology used in the investigation articulated elements of netnography and analysis of the Foucaultian-inspired discourse of four pages of the cyberspace. In the production of information, we named a heterogeneous set of sayings, videos and images published on these bareback curriculum sites. In this article our analysis focus is a set of porn videos. The argument developed is that in porn videos disclosed in the bareback curriculum there is a pedagogy of masculinization, which acts through specific techniques, in order to disseminate, teach and prescribe a certain way of being a young bareback man, the one who has his conduct prescribed by gender norms, which act in conjunction with sexuality. Comprendemos que currículo no se limita a las asignaturas escolares, sino que se constituye de diferentes espacios y artefactos culturales. La metodología utilizada en la investigación articuló elementos de la netnografía y de análisis del discurso, de inspiración foucaultiana, de cuatro páginas del ciberespacio. En la producción de informaciones, nombramos un conjunto heterogéneo de dichos, vídeos e imágenes publicados en sitios del currículo bareback. En este artículo, nuestro foco de análisis es un conjunto de videos porno. El argumento desarrollado es que en los videos porno divulgados en el currículo bareback hay una pedagogía de masculinización, que actúa por medio de técnicas específicas, de modo a difundir, enseñar y prescribir un cierto modo de ser un joven hombre barebacker, aquél que tiene sus conductas prescritas por las normas de género, que actúan en articulación con la sexualidad. Porno.Considerando a dimensão educacional dos filmes pornôs, descrevemos e analisamos, neste texto, a pedagogia da masculinização na perspectiva pós-crítica curricular. Compreendemos que currículo não se restringe às disciplinas escolares, mas se constitui em diferentes espaços e artefatos culturais. A metodologia utilizada na investigação articulou elementos da netnografia e da análise do discurso, de inspiração foucaultiana, de quatro páginas do ciberespaço. Na produção de informações, nomeamos um conjunto heterogêneo de ditos, vídeos e imagens publicados em sites de currículo bareback. Neste artigo, nosso foco de análise é um conjunto de vídeos pornôs. O argumento desenvolvido é o de que há, nos vídeos pornôs, divulgados no currículo bareback, uma pedagogia da masculinização, a qual atua por meio de técnicas específicas, de modo a divulgar, ensinar e prescrever um certo modo de ser jovem homem barebacker, aquele que tem suas condutas prescritas pelas normas de gênero, as quais atuam em articulação com a sexualidade.
