Resumo: This paper aims to analyze the changes in the frontier between public and private in the context of the advancing conservative policies and managerialism, linked to the neoliberal perspective, as part of the force correlation movement that occurs in society through societal projects and of education in dispute. Thus, we seek to deepen the understanding about the relationships between neoliberalism and neoconservatism from authors such as Harvey (2008), Puello-Socarrás (2008), Moll Neto (2010) and Laval and Dardot (2017), and investigate the assumptions that support their societal and educational projects, in which the managerial logic is presented as instrumental to a project centered on the dispute for the content of education with a perspective of class restoration. We also analyze the relationships that are established between subjects entailed to conservative and neoliberal ideals under a managerial perspective inspired by the private market logic that is materialized in the Brazilian reality. Managerialism.Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar los cambios en la frontera entre lo público y lo privado, en el contexto del avance de políticas conservadoras y del gerencialismo vinculados a la perspectiva neoliberal, como parte del movimiento de la correlación de fuerzas que ocurre en la sociedad de proyectos societarios y de educación en disputa. De esta forma, se busca profundizar la comprensión acerca de las relaciones entre neoliberalismo y neoconservadurismo, a partir de autores como Harvey (2008), Puello-Socarrás (2008), Moll Neto (2010) y Laval e Dardot (2017), e investigar las suposiciones que sustentan sus proyectos societarios y educativos, en que la lógica gerencial se presenta como instrumental para un proyecto centrado en la disputa por el contenido de la educación con una perspectiva de restauración de clase. Se analizan también, las relaciones que se establecen entre sujetos vinculados a los ideales conservadores y neoliberales bajo una perspectiva gerencial, inspirada en la lógica privada del mercado, que se materializa en la realidad brasileña. Gerencialismo.Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as mudanças na fronteira entre o público e o privado no contexto do avanço de políticas conservadoras e do gerencialismo, vinculados à perspectiva neoliberal, como parte do movimento de correlação de forças que ocorre na sociedade por projetos societários e de educação em disputa. Desse modo, busca-se aprofundar a compreensão acerca das relações entre neoliberalismo e neoconservadorismo, a partir de autores como Harvey (2008), Puello-Socarrás (2008), Moll Neto (2010) e Laval e Dardot (2017), e investigar os pressupostos que sustentam seus projetos societários e educativos, em que a lógica gerencial se apresenta como instrumental a um projeto centrado na disputa pelo conteúdo da educação com uma perspectiva de restauração de classe. Analisam-se, também, as relações que se estabelecem entre sujeitos vinculados aos ideais conservadores e neoliberais sob uma perspectiva gerencial inspirada na lógica privada do mercado que se materializa na realidade brasileira.
