Resumo: The objective is to analyze female participation in popular participation forums held to review the Municipal Master Plan of Londrina in 2018, seeking to measure the problems and proposals that permeated the issue of women. This research with a qualitative approach and based on dialectical materialism was carried out from secondary surveys. It was found during popular participation forums that the presence of women was balanced compared to the male presence, varying from one popular forum to another, sometimes for more, sometimes for less. It is concluded that in Londrina, there was no organized movement to insert a gender cut into the guidelines that guide the urban policy of the municipal master plan.

Esa pesquisa de abordaje cualitativa y basada en el materialismo dialéctico fue realizada a partir de levantamientos secundarios. En el transcurso de los foros de participación popular se verificó que la presencia de las mujeres fue equilibrada en comparación a la presencia masculina, oscilando de foro popular para otro ora para más ora para menos. Es posible concluir que en Londrina, no hubo un movimiento organizado para añadir un recorte de género dentro de las directrices que orientan la política urbana del plan director municipal. Objetiva-se analisar a participação feminina nos fóruns de participação popular realizados para revisão do Plano Diretor Municipal de Londrina em 2018, buscando mensurar os problemas e propostas que perpassaram a questão da mulher.  Essa pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e pautada no materialismo dialético foi realizada a partir de levantamentos secundários. Verificou-se no decorrer dos fóruns de participação popular que a presença das mulheres foi equilibrada em comparativo a presença masculina, variando de um fórum popular para outro ora para mais ora para menos.
