Resumo: In this text, we aim to conceptually problematize the rite of "axé of speech" as a rite of passage legitimating statutes in the organizations of Batuque Gaúcho. For this, in a perspective of interfaces, we undertook a literature review on afro-religion/tradition Batuque Gaúcho, organizations/terreiros, folk communication, communication and organizational culture, rites of passage and rite of "axé of speech". As main inferences we have that, at the same time, the studied rite materializes as a process of batuque communicational, legitimizing status and fulfilling a role to validate the presence of the orixá as a manifestation of the sacred, to highlight the abilities of the batuque leaders and to put in evidence, in the batuque community, the organizations/terreiros that perform the rite of "axé of speech".

Para ello, en una perspectiva de interfaces, realizamos una revisión bibliográfica sobre la afrorreligión/tradición Batuque Gaúcho, las organizaciones/terreiros, la comunicación folclórica, la comunicación y la cultura organizacional, los ritos de paso y el rito del "axé de la palabra". Como principales inferencias tenemos que, al mismo tiempo, el rito estudiado se materializa como un proceso comunicacional del batuque, legitimando el estatus y cumpliendo un papel de validación de la presencia del orixá como manifestación de lo sagrado, de resaltar las habilidades de los líderes del batuque y de poner en evidencia, en la comunidad del batuque, las organizaciones/terreiros que realizan el rito del "axé de la palabra".Neste texto, objetivamos problematizar conceitualmente o rito de “axé de fala” como um rito de passagem legitimador de estatutos nas organizações do Batuque Gaúcho. Para isso, em perspectiva de interfaces, empreendemos revisão de literatura sobre afro-religião/tradição Batuque Gaúcho, organizações/terreiros, folkcomunicação, comunicação e cultura organizacional, ritos de passagem e rito de “axé de fala”.
