Resumo: This article is a bibliographical investigation into the reincorporation experiences of the people who signed the peace agreement in Colombia. A bibliographic search was carried out in the following databases: Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet and Google Scholar, selecting a final sample of 29 articles. Three analytical categories emerged from the results. First, an overview of war and its psychosocial effects is presented. This is followed by a discussion of violence in Colombia and the emergence of armed struggle. Next, reference is made to the process of reincorporation as well as the challenges observed in the ex-combatants, journey towards legality. For ex-combatants, the path to legality symbolizes the materialization of their dreams, alternatives to the armed struggle, but they are sensitive to the challenges they will have to face on their return to civilian life.

Del abordaje analítico de las publicaciones revisadas se deducen 3 apartados: Primero, se presenta un panorama sobre la guerra y efectos psicosociales; Luego, se expone sobre la Violencia en Colombia y la emergencia de la lucha armada; después, se hace referencia a la reincorporación y retos observados en la trayectoria de los excombatientes. Se realizó búsqueda bibliográfica en las bases de datos de Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet y Google scholar, seleccionando una muestra final de 29 artículos para análisis. La trayectoria por la legalidad simboliza para el excombatiente la materialización de sus sueños, alternativas diferentes a la lucha armada, no obstante, son sensibles ante los retos que deberán afrontar en su retorno a la vida civil. O presente artigo se trata de uma investigação bibliográfica sobre as experiências de reincorporação das pessoas que assinaram o acordo de paz em Colômbia. Foi realizada uma busca bibliográfica nas seguintes bases de dados: Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet e Google acadêmico, selecionando uma amostra final de 29 artigos para análise. Dos resultados encontrados, depreendeu-se 3 categorias analíticas. Inicialmente é apresentada uma visão geral sobre a guerra e seus efeitos psicossociais. Posteriormente, discute-se  sobre a violência na Colômbia e a emergência da luta armada. Em seguida, faz-se referencia ao processo de reincorporação, bem como os desafios observados na trajetória dos ex-combatentes rumo aos parâmetros da legalidade.
