ADOÇÃO TARDIA: DESAFIOS E PERSPECTIVAS NA SOCIEDADE CONTEMPORÂNEA (LATE ADOPTION: CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES IN THE SOCIETY CONTEMPORARY)

Este artigo tem como objetivo compreender as dificuldades para a realização da adoção tardia, fundamentada nas perspectivas dos pretendentes à adoção da Vara da Infância e Juventude do município de Ponta Grossa/Pr. Para compreendermos essa questão social em sua especificidade, selecionamos alguns dos pretendentes à adoção cadastrados neste município para coletar dados e compreender as determinações dessa dificuldade, através de entrevista semi-estruturada. Também foi aplicado um questionário a um profissional de Serviço Social que possui experiência profissional e tem sido referência local no assunto. A pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo com subsídios quantitativos. Ainda como procedimentos metodológicos recorremos ao estudo documental e análise de conteúdo, para reconstruir o objeto de pesquisa, através de categorias de análise que se expressaram na realidade pesquisada.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Políticas voltadas às crianças e adolescentes, adoção, adoção tardia. ABSTRACT: This article has the objective to understand the difficulties for the accomplishment of the late adoption, based on the perspectives of the candidates to the adoption of the Justice of the Infancy and Youth of the city of Ponta Grossa/Pr. To understand this social matter in your particularity, we selected some of the candidates to the adoption registered in cadastre in this city to done semi-structured interview, in order to understand the determination of this difficulty. Also was applied a questionnaire to a professional of Social Work to has professional experience and has been local reference in this subject. The research is of qualitative matrix with quantitative subsidies. Still as methodological procedures we appealed to the documentary study and analysis of content, to reconstruct the research object, through categories of analysis that if expressed in the searched reality.KEYWORDS: Politics directed to the children and adolescents, adoption, late adoption.
